- Role: Interview Coordinator / PMO / TA Coordinator
- Experience:4- 8
- Location: Bangalore
- Working Mode: on site (5 days work from office)
Key Responsibilities- Talent Acquisition Coordination
- Work closely with the TA team to manage hiring pipelines and ensure smooth execution of recruitment activities.
- Coordinate with candidates for scheduling interviews and assessments across multiple time zones.
- Liaise with client stakeholders to confirm interview availability and align schedules.
- Collect interview feedback from client interviewers and ensure timely closure of the loop with TA.
- Follow up with the TA team on next steps, offer decisions, and pending actions.
Bootcamp & Training Support
- Plan, coordinate, and execute bootcamp training sessions for new and lateral hires.
- Collaborate with trainers, delivery leaders, and participants to ensure smooth execution.
- Track bootcamp attendance, performance, and completion metrics.
PMO & Reporting Activities
- Prepare periodic MIS reports including hiring dashboards, pipeline status, offer-to-joiner metrics, and training progress reports.
- Track KPIs and SLAs for recruitment performance and highlight risks or delays.
- Ensure documentation accuracy and maintain centralized data repositories.
- Prepare presentations, status reports, and review decks for leadership.
Stakeholder Management
- Act as a single point of contact between TA, Delivery, Client teams, and candidates.
- Ensure effective communication and timely escalation of issues.
- Maintain a professional and structured approach in all interactions.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelors degree (MBA or equivalent certification is a plus).
- Strong Excel skills (Pivot tables, lookup functions, formulas, dashboards).
- Strong PowerPoint skills (presentations, charts, reporting decks).
- 4- 8 years of experience in Coordination, TA Operations, PMO, or similar roles.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- High ownership, accountability, and ability to work independently.
- Ability to work in fast-paced, large-scale environments with multiple priorities.
