Job Description

Role & responsibilities

1. Recruitment (Off Roll): Share open requisitions with vendors and coordinate to ensure promised lineups at stores as per the SOP.
Close open requisitions for the respective stores within 4872 hours.
Conduct interviews, validate documents, and align the operations round with the SM. Select candidates based on feedback, and ensure successful onboarding. Share performance updates with vendors.
Using the Isource app in real-time instead of uploading the documents post-selections.

2. Time Management: Validate attendance records daily on a T+1 interval. Deactivate employees absent for three consecutive days.
Ensure SMs and ASMs raise attendance-related concerns timely and escalate issues to the central team.

3. Workplace Discipline and Policies (WDP): Issue warning letters to employees violating company policies.

4. Employee Engagement: Organize monthly birthday celebrations at stores. Plan and execute Reward & Recognition (RnR) activities to boost engagement.

5. HR Help Desk: Conduct the monthly HR Help Desk to address and resolve contractual employees' queries. Guide employees on the benefits of PF, ESIC, and LWF, including processes for withdrawing PF and availing ESIC benefits. Ensure 100% ESIC coverage for all eligible employees. Monthly Review and Feedback.
