Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for Engineering Services and IT roles.
• Partner with business and technical stakeholders to understand role requirements, skill expectations, and hiring priorities.
• Execute active sourcing through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and networking to build strong talent pipelines.
• Conduct initial screening to assess technical fit, experience, and communication skills.
• Coordinate interviews, track feedback, and drive timely closures.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience through transparent and timely communication.
• Maintain accurate hiring data, pipelines, and reports using ATS.
• Provide market insights and sourcing strategies for niche and critical roles.

Skills & Qualifications

• 25 years of experience in Engineering Services / IT Talent Acquisition.
• Strong understanding of IT and Engineering skill sets and hiring market trends.
• Proven expertise in sourcing and stakeholder management.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Hands-on experience with ATS and recruitment tools.
• Ability to manage multiple roles in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred

• Experience hiring for Engineering Services, Product Engineering, Digital Engineering, or R&D roles.
• Exposure to niche or specialized technical hiring.
