Job Description
What youll be doing each day:
Full Cycle Recruitment
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for mid- to senior-level healthcare RCM roles
- Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements, competencies, and recruitment strategy
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies for high-demand RCM skill sets
- Conduct in-depth candidate interviews and assessments
- Present qualified candidates with detailed summaries and market insights
- Lead offer negotiations and manage closing processes
Strategic Talent Acquisition
- Build and maintain pipelines for recurring and hard-to-fill RCM roles
- Provide labor market intelligence and compensation benchmarking insights
- Identify process improvements to enhance recruitment efficiency and candidate experience
- Ensure compliance with healthcare hiring standards and applicable employment regulations
Stakeholder and Team Collaboration
- Serve as a trusted advisor to operational and executive leadership
- Mentor junior recruiters and provide guidance on RCM-specific recruiting strategies
- Collaborate with HR and onboarding teams to ensure smooth candidate transitions
- Contribute to employer branding and talent marketing initiatives
Requirements
- 2+ years of recruiting experience (healthcare or RCM recruiting strongly preferred)
- Demonstrated experience managing full-cycle recruitment
- Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously
- Experience sourcing passive candidates using LinkedIn, Naukri, WhatsApp, or similar platforms
Preferred:
- Experience recruiting for healthcare staffing agencies or healthcare organizations
- Strong understanding of healthcare revenue cycle functions and terminology
- Knowledge of healthcare compliance and credentialing requirements
- Experience mentoring junior recruiters
- Familiarity with ATS and CRM systems
