Job Description

What youll be doing each day:

Full Cycle Recruitment
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for mid- to senior-level healthcare RCM roles
  • Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements, competencies, and recruitment strategy
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies for high-demand RCM skill sets
  • Conduct in-depth candidate interviews and assessments
  • Present qualified candidates with detailed summaries and market insights
  • Lead offer negotiations and manage closing processes
Strategic Talent Acquisition
  • Build and maintain pipelines for recurring and hard-to-fill RCM roles
  • Provide labor market intelligence and compensation benchmarking insights
  • Identify process improvements to enhance recruitment efficiency and candidate experience
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare hiring standards and applicable employment regulations
Stakeholder and Team Collaboration
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to operational and executive leadership
  • Mentor junior recruiters and provide guidance on RCM-specific recruiting strategies
  • Collaborate with HR and onboarding teams to ensure smooth candidate transitions
  • Contribute to employer branding and talent marketing initiatives
Requirements
  • 2+ years of recruiting experience (healthcare or RCM recruiting strongly preferred)
  • Demonstrated experience managing full-cycle recruitment
  • Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously
  • Experience sourcing passive candidates using LinkedIn, Naukri, WhatsApp, or similar platforms
Preferred:
  • Experience recruiting for healthcare staffing agencies or healthcare organizations
  • Strong understanding of healthcare revenue cycle functions and terminology
  • Knowledge of healthcare compliance and credentialing requirements
  • Experience mentoring junior recruiters
  • Familiarity with ATS and CRM systems
