Job Summary

We are looking for a results-driven Technical Recruiter to manage end-to-end hiring for both Contract-to-Hire (C2H) and Permanent roles. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in sourcing, screening, and closing technical talent across various domains while working closely with hiring managers and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

1. End-to-End Recruitment

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for both C2H and permanent positions
  • Understand job requirements and translate them into effective hiring strategies
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to define role expectations and timelines

2. Sourcing & Talent Acquisition

  • Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of technical candidates
  • Use innovative sourcing techniques to attract passive candidates

3. Screening & Evaluation

  • Conduct initial HR screening and technical pre-assessments
  • Evaluate candidates based on technical skills, experience, and cultural fit
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with internal teams

4. Stakeholder Management

  • Work closely with clients/vendors for C2H requirements
  • Manage communication between candidates, hiring managers, and external partners
  • Provide regular hiring updates and reports

5. Offer Management & Closure

  • Handle salary negotiations and offer rollouts
  • Ensure smooth onboarding for both contract and full-time hires
  • Maintain strong candidate experience throughout the process

6. Compliance & Documentation

  • Ensure proper documentation for C2H hires (contracts, vendor coordination)
  • Maintain recruitment trackers and ATS systems
  • Adhere to company policies and hiring guidelines

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience in technical recruitment (IT hiring preferred)
  • Hands-on experience in C2H (Contract Staffing) and Permanent Hiring
  • Strong understanding of technical roles (e.g., developers, cloud, data, QA, DevOps)
  • Familiarity with job portals and sourcing tools
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple requirements simultaneously

Preferred Skills

  • Experience working with staffing agencies/vendors
  • Knowledge of ATS tools and recruitment metrics
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills
