Store Operations:
Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth store functioning.
Manage cash, inventory, and sales transactions in compliance with company SOPs.
Ensure store hygiene, visual merchandising, and adherence to brand guidelines.
Sales & Customer Service:
Drive sales and achieve monthly store targets (buy/sell/refurbished phones).
Handle customer queries, complaints, and escalations effectively.
Maintain strong product knowledge to guide customers accurately.
Team Management:
Lead, train, and motivate store staff to deliver excellent service.
Prepare staff rosters and ensure adequate coverage during store hours.
Monitor performance and provide constructive feedback.
Reporting & Coordination:
Generate daily/weekly sales reports and share insights with area managers.
Coordinate with regional teams for stock replenishment and marketing initiatives.Skills & Qualifications:
Graduate (Any discipline); MBA/retail diploma preferred.
2-5 years of experience in retail/electronics/mobile sales.
Strong communication, leadership, and customer-handling skills.
