Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Customer Care Executive to join our team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will have 1-6 years of experience in customer service, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Provide exceptional customer service through various channels, including phone, email, and chat
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally and promptly.
  • Utilize advanced support technologies and processes to achieve outstanding results.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Analyze and resolve complex customer complaints and concerns.
  • Develop and maintain thorough knowledge of products and services.

Job Requirements


  • Proven experience in customer service or a related field
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple interactions simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
  • Experience with CRM software and other customer service tools.
  • Ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities.
