Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer support through phone calls, emails, or chats to resolve customer queries and concerns.
Handle inbound/outbound calls with a focus on resolving issues promptly and efficiently.
Utilize excellent communication skills to build strong relationships with customers and ensure their satisfaction.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues that require escalation.
Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.

Desired Candidate Profile

1-4 years of experience in BPO/Call Centre environment handling International Voice process (preferably).
Strong English language proficiency for effective communication with international clients.
Ability to work flexible shifts including rotational shifts (24x7) as per business requirements.
Excellent problem-solving skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously during peak hours.
