Associate will Issue an acknowledgement and offer resolution on the call.
Associate will resolve the customer query over call and provide solution w.r.t. customer query e.g. Billing / Product or Shipment tracking/refund / profile management / dispute handling / change of Plan or shipment / Points management / Damaged delivery etc.
