What you'll do
Roles and Responsibility
Associate will Issue an acknowledgement and offer resolution on the call.
Associate will resolve the customer query over call and provide solution w.r.t. customer query e.g. Billing / Product or Shipment tracking/refund / profile management / dispute handling / change of Plan or shipment / Points management / Damaged delivery etc.

Self-Motivated & Ability to Work Under Pressure
Customer Centricity
Should have critical thought process and decision-making capability with focus on accuracy.
Willingness to Learn
Skill Set required: Logical Reasoning, Problem Solving, Decision Making, Probing, Comprehension.
Should be able to display a high level of empathy while dealing with customer problems and humanize the communication aspect irrespective of the channel of interaction.
