Job Summary
We are looking for a CPaaS Software Product Trainer who will be responsible for training internal teams, partners, and customers on CPaaS products and solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of CPaaS platforms, excellent communication skills, and the ability to translate technical concepts into easy-to-understand training material.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver product training sessions (online and classroom) on CPaaS solutions such as SMS, Voice, WhatsApp, RCS, APIs, and related platforms
- Create and maintain training materials including presentations, manuals, demos, FAQs, and videos
- Conduct onboarding and refresher training for sales, support, and technical teams
- Provide hands-on product demonstrations and real-time use-case explanations
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and support teams to stay updated on new features and releases
- Gather feedback from trainees and continuously improve training content
- Support pre-sales and post-sales activities when required by explaining product capabilities
- Ensure trainees understand product workflows, configurations, and best practices
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 5-8 years of experience as a Product Trainer
- Strong understanding of CPaaS products and APIs (SMS, Voice, Messaging, WhatsApp, etc.)
- Experience in software/product training or technical training
- Basic knowledge of telecom concepts, APIs, and cloud-based platforms
- Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to simplify complex technical topics for non-technical audiences
- Comfortable conducting training sessions for different stakeholder groups
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience working with CPaaS providers or telecom companies
- Knowledge of REST APIs, HTTP, and basic programming concepts
- Experience using LMS or training tools is a plus
