Role Overview:
We're seeking motivated individuals for our Tele Collections process, focusing on recovering outstanding dues and delivering excellent customer interactions. As a Tele Collections Executive, you'll play a key role in maintaining healthy customer relationships and driving collections targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to customers for payment follow-ups
- Communicate effectively with customers to resolve outstanding dues
- Maintain accurate records and update customer interactions
- Meet daily collections targets and performance metrics
- Provide a positive customer experience

- Freshers: 18,000 in-hand
- Experienced: Up to 32,000 in-hand
- 6 working days, 1 rotational off

Requirements:
- 12th or graduation qualification
