Job Description
- Handle outbound/inbound calls for collections
- Follow up with customers for pending payments
- Negotiate and resolve payment-related issues
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
- Ensure adherence to company policies and quality standards
- Qualification: 12th Pass or Graduate (any stream)
- Minimum 50% throughout academics
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
- Age Limit: Up to 30 years
- Good communication skills in English
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi
- 01 year experience: 18,000 20,000 (in-hand)
- 12 years experience: 22,000 27,000 (in-hand)
- 23 years experience: 27,000 32,000 (in-hand)
- Shift: Day Shift
- Working Days: 6 days a week
- Weekly Off: 1 rotational off
- Location: Bellandur
- Walk-in / Mega Drive scheduled on Thursday
