    Job Title: Telecaller
    Location: Surat & Ahmeadbad 
    Job Type: Full-time
    Experience Required: 1+years

    Job Overview:
    We are seeking a motivated and confident Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling outbound and inbound calls, maintaining customer relationships, and promoting company products or services in a professional manner.

    Key Responsibilities:
    * Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain company products or services.
    * Handle inbound inquiries and provide accurate information to customers.
    * Maintain a record of customer interactions, feedback, and follow-ups.
    * Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets as assigned by the team leader.
    * Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction.
    * Report daily call status and performance to the supervisor.

    Requirements:
    * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    * Ability to handle customer queries confidently and politely.
    * Basic knowledge of MS Office and data entry.
    * Fluency in [English/Hindi/Gujarati mention as per requirement].
    * Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

    Education:
    * Minimum HSC or Graduate in any field.

    Salary:
    * As per company standards.
