Recruit, license, and activate IRDA-certified insurance agents under the agency channel.Drive business through agents while maintaining strong relationships with existing partners
Achieve top-line revenue and ensure bottom-line profitability .

Required Candidate profile

Strong product understanding and market awareness of the general insurance sector.Proven ability to manage performance, drive motivation, and achieve sales targets.
