Position: Consultant Talent Acquisition Group (TAG)
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for open positions
- Utilizing various recruitment tools to attract top talent
- Coordinating with hiring managers and HR for smooth hiring processes
- Conducting reference checks and background verification
- Managing candidate communications throughout the hiring lifecycle
- Reporting and updating on open positions and key recruitment metrics
- Staying current with industry best practices and recruitment trends
