- Identifying potential talent sources through Social media, professional networks, and other efficient sourcing techniques.
- Building a robust candidate pipeline for the companys present and future requirements.
- Evaluating and refreshing an organizations talent data and potential needs.
- Developing and executing successful strategies by working closely with the recruitment team.
- Conveying the measurable and qualitative impact of their contributions across the organization.
- Negotiating with chosen candidates to minimize the overall cost per hire.
- Examining current market trends and forecasting the future workforce needs of the organization.
- Cultivating enduring relationships with passive candidates through their connections.
- Participating in seminars and workshops to stay updated on the latest trends and expand a solid professional network.
Work Experience
- Holder of a Bachelors degree in administration, human resources, or a related field.
- Minimum of 6 months of prior experience in the (preferred industry type) sector.
- Comprehensive knowledge of various recruitment methodologies,
- Effective communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Attentive to detail with strong time management and organizational skills.
- Creative thinker with the capacity to excel in dynamic environments.
- Adaptable team player with exceptional interpersonal skills.
