Job Description
Role & responsibilities
Drive end-to-end international recruitment for global clients
- Manage sourcing, screening, and closures across regions like Middle East, Southeast Asia, Europe
- Handle documentation, visa coordination, and deployment processes
- Ensure compliance with international hiring norms and ethical practices
- Build strong talent pipelines for bulk and niche hiring mandates
Key Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in any discipline
- 2 -6 years of experience in overseas recruitment / international staffing
- Strong understanding of global hiring practices and documentation processes
- Familiarity with visa processes, emigration norms, and deployment cycles
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work in a target-driven, fast-paced environment
- Experience in bulk hiring or niche global hiring is an added advantage
- Exposure to client acquisition or business development in international staffing will be a strong advantage
