Job Title: Customer Support Executive (Work From Home Contract)

Shift: Rotational Shifts
Week Off: Rotational Week Off
Salary:
13,500 take home per month ,
Job Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and/or outbound customer calls professionally
Resolve customer queries, complaints, and service requests effectively
Provide accurate information about products/services
Maintain proper call documentation and follow standard processes
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
Adhere to shift schedules and performance guidelines
Eligibility Criteria:
Languages Required:
English
Hindi
Strong communication and listening skills
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
System & Infrastructure Requirements (Mandatory):
Candidates must have their own laptop/desktop with the following specifications:
Processor: Intel i5 or above
Operating System: Windows 10 or above
RAM: Minimum 8 GB
Camera: Mandatory
Headset: Mandatory
Power Backup: UPS required
Additional Requirements:
Stable high-speed internet connection
Quiet workspace suitable for customer calls
Willingness to work in rotational shifts and rotational week offs
