Cloud and IT Operations Engineer
Location: Noida,
Experience Required: 2 Years

Shift Timing: Client based rotational Rota

Primary Skills:

MUST HAVE- Cloud Platform: AWS/GCP/Azure, OS: Linux and Windows, MySQL, Shell Scripting, GIT, Monitoring Tool: Grafana or Datadog, Ticketing Tool: JIRA or Similar

GOOD TO HAVE- GrayLog, TeamCity, Ansible, Terraform, Docker, CICD

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the smooth functioning of Cloud Infrastructure Operations in SAAS product delivery. 2 Year+ Experience in AWS/GCP/Azure Cloud Operations and in performing daily/weekly/monthly/yearly cloud operation activities.
• Responsible for Ticket Triaging, Maintaining Production SLA at Service Desk Level using the Client provided Ticketing tool.
• Ensuring 24x7 Cloud Infrastructure Maintenance-

1. Infrastructure upgrades.

2. Scheduled OS Patching activity.

3. Infrastructure change management, ex- SSL Certificate upgrade, Key Rotation etc.

4. Application Deployments.

5. Using Shell script to automate common tasks.

6. Using CRON jobs and YAML files.

7. Backups, snapshots, archives, and recovery.

8. Issue troubleshooting and analysis, escalating issue to L2 as per SLA, maintaining response/uptime SLA and meeting SLAs in 24x7 operations mode.

• Providing 24x7 Cloud Infrastructure Support-

1. Ticket Management

2. Alert configurations and monitoring

3. Application availability configurations and monitoring.

4. Scheduled tasks configurations and monitoring.

5. Supporting virtual cloud architectures, layered application, and database services.

• Excellent Communication Skills to be active part of Agile/Kanban meetings, customer interactions, report creation and presentation.
