Job Description:
1)Perform application deployments and support release activities across environments.
2)Participate in DC-DR drills and ensure readiness of systems during disaster recovery exercises.
3)Monitor applications and infrastructure to ensure smooth operational performance.
4)Perform log analysis to identify errors, performance issues, and system anomalies.
5)Troubleshoot application, database, and environment-related issues at the first level
6)Use UNIX/Linux commands to analyze system behavior, logs, and process status.
7)Execute and validate SQL queries for data verification, issue analysis, and reporting.
8)Investigate incidents and provide initial root cause analysis before escalation.
9. Coordinate with development, infrastructure, and database teams for issue resolution.
10. Maintain deployment, incident, and operational documentation for audit and tracking.
11. Support routine maintenance activities, system health checks, and monitoring tasks.
12. Ensure adherence to operational procedures, SLAs, and support processes.
13. Coordinate with Client representatives.
Technical Skills
1. Basic understanding of web applications
2. Knowledge of browsers, network connectivity issues
3. Knowledge of SQL queries
5. Knowledge of UNIX
Functional Skills
1. Understanding of KYC / Banking onboarding process
2. Ability to analyze application errors and logs
