Developing sales plans and strategies to achieve sales goals.
Managing lead generation and ensuring regular site visits are generated by the team.
Helping the team in sales closures.
Ensuring 3x of team cost is achieved as net revenue.
Reviewing client activity, anticipating client needs, and improving overall satisfaction.
Creating sales reports and providing feedback to the leadership team.
Establishing and maintaining key customer relationships.
Handling a team size of 10 to 12 people.
Requirements
Bachelors degree in a business-related field.
Masters degree in a business-related field may be advantageous.
2+ years experience in handling sales teams.
Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
Good strategic planning, organizational, and creative thinking skills.
