Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled Tandoor Cook who has hands-on experience in preparing authentic tandoor dishes while ensuring consistency in taste, quality, hygiene, and efficient kitchen operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook tandoor items such as naan, roti, kulcha, tandoori chicken, kebabs, and tikka

Prepare dough, marinades, and spice mixes as per standard recipes

Operate, monitor, and maintain the tandoor oven safely and efficiently

Ensure consistency in taste, texture, portion size, and food presentation

Follow all food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards

Maintain cleanliness of the tandoor station and related equipment

Control portion sizes and minimize food wastage

Coordinate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and service

Adhere to company policies and kitchen safety guidelines
