Job Description
Role Objective
Design, build, and deploy GenAI-powered automation agents that reduce cognitive load for engineering teams and accelerate release readiness, incident response, and root-cause analysis.
Key Deliverables & Responsibilities
- Release Readiness Agent: Build a custom GPT-based agent to evaluate code changes, build artifacts, and test outputs to determine production readiness.
- Automated RCA Agent: Ingest logs, alerts, and incident artifacts to generate first-draft RCAs.
- Predictive Health Models: Leverage telemetry (New Relic) to anticipate issues prior to outages.
- Knowledge Retrieval: Design LLM-powered retrieval workflows to support ticket triage and operational queries.
Required Skills
- 7+ years engineering experience, including 2+ years building production-grade LLM applications.
- Expertise with Python and modern agent frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, OpenAI function calling, or equivalent).
- Experience integrating with CI/CD outputs, logs, monitoring tools, and ticketing systems.
- Strong understanding of RAG, vector indexing, and prompt engineering best practices.
Expectations
- Deliver end-to-end solutions (design development deployment evaluation).
- Not a classical ML modeler role; must have hands-on LLM/agent experience.
- Ability to work independently and produce PoCs rapidly.
