    Experience: 2-3 Years (Freshers may be considered for trainee roles)
    Qualification: Diploma or B.Tech (Mechanical / Electrical / Automobile / General Engineering) or B.Sc (PCM)


    Job Description

    We are hiring Field Sales Executives to promote RECD (Retrofit Emission Control Device) solutions in the NCR region.
    This role involves industrial field visits, client engagement, technical solution pitching, and achieving sales targets for DG emission compliance products.


    Key Responsibilities

    • Conduct industrial field visits to factories, industries, commercial buildings, data centers, and OEM service partners.

    • Generate leads through cold visits, references, and existing DG client networks.

    • Understand client requirements, DG capacities, emission issues, and installation feasibility.

    • Present RECD compliance benefits effectively in both technical and commercial terms.

    • Coordinate site surveys, emission data collection, and technical assessments.

    • Prepare quotations and proposals; follow up for order closure.

    • Maintain daily visit reports and update CRM data regularly.

    • Build strong relationships with facility managers, plant heads, EHS heads, and consultants.

    • Work closely with technical and installation teams to ensure smooth project execution.

    • Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.


    Required Skills & Competencies

    • Basic understanding of diesel generators (DG sets), engines, exhaust systems, pollution control equipment, or industrial machinery.

    • Excellent communication, presentation, and client-handling skills.

    • Strong negotiation and relationship-building ability.

    • Technically sound with an ability to explain engineering and compliance concepts.

    • Self-motivated, disciplined, and target-driven.

    • Must be comfortable with extensive field travel in assigned areas.

    • Own two-wheeler preferred.


    Eligibility Criteria

    • Diploma or B.Tech/B.Sc in Mechanical, Electrical, Automobile, or General Engineering.

    • 23 years of industrial field sales experience in equipment such as DG sets, compressors, pumps, electrical panels, or pollution control products.

    • Freshers with a strong technical background and good communication skills may be considered for trainee positions.
