Job Role

We are looking for an energetic and target-oriented Deputy Manager Sales for the Salaried Personal Loan segment. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing new customers, achieving sales targets, and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads for Salaried Personal Loans through open market sourcing, references, and field activities.
• Achieve monthly sales and disbursement targets.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, DSAs, and connectors.
• Explain loan products, eligibility, and documentation requirements to customers.
• Coordinate with the credit and underwriting team for smooth loan processing.
• Ensure proper KYC and documentation compliance.
• Follow up with customers for login, approval, and disbursement.
• Maintain daily sales reports and activity trackers.
• Identify new business opportunities in the local market.
