Role Overview
We are seeking dynamic and driven Business Development Executives to join Apna's growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for expanding Apna's reach by directly engaging with companies, recruiting agencies, and hiring managers. You will showcase Apna's job platform, explain its value proposition, and drive adoption of our hiring packages.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and approach potential clients (companies and recruitment agencies) through field visits, and networking.
Present Apna's job platform and demonstrate how it simplifies hiring for early-career and blue/gray-collar talent.
Explain Apna's hiring packages, pricing models, and benefits to decision-makers.
Build and maintain strong relationships with HR managers, recruiters, and business owners.
Achieve monthly sales targets by closing deals and onboarding new clients.
Provide feedback from the market to improve Apna's offerings and customer experience.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction.
Desired Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
13 years of experience in field sales, business development, or recruitment solutions.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to confidently present products and handle objections.
Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset.
Comfortable with field visits and direct client interactions.
Knowledge of recruitment platforms or HR solutions is a plus.
