Key Responsibilities:
Minimum 1-3 years of Corporate/ In-house recruitment experience with direct sourcing skills and a proven track record of success.
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
A passionate individual who is focused and understands technology.
Involved in-house recruitment for various teams.
To be able to work mostly independently with little supervision in a fast-paced agency environment.
Should possess advanced computer skills, especially in Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Outlook.
A motivated, quick learner, able to learn complex technologies, tools, and knowledge.
With a proven track record of achieving monthly hiring goals and forming positive relationships with delivery managers/technical panels.
Connecting with business (internal teams) to understand the requirements.
Sourcing of matching profiles through various Job Portals/ networking websites (www.linkedIn.com) / Google search/ references/ cold calling/ Job Advertisement.
Screening of the prospective candidates from the technical / HR perspective.
Salary/ Benefits Negotiation.
Lining up for interviews, pre-interview prep-up, and post-interview follow-up.
Taking an initial face to face interview.
