Role & responsibilities
Retail Manager for Consumer Products
Location: Kiribati Location : Kiribati Islands ( Near Australia and Papua New Guinea )
Reporting to : Country Manager
Responsibilities:
As Retail Manager, you will oversee daily store operations, ensure high standards of customer service, and drive retail sales performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the retail team to meet sales targets
- Maintain store presentation, stock levels, and merchandising standards
- Develop and implement promotional strategies
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Build strong relationships with local customers and community
Qualifications and Skills:
Salary Structure :
Total Salary in Australian Dollars
Company provides a Furnished Accommodation. Car, Electricity, Water, Medical
Special Allowance for Vegetables
Return air tickets from and to your home country to/from Fiji at the beginning and at the end of your employment.
Visa, Work permit provided by company.
Family status can be considered after Residence permit is approved.
