Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Assist in recruitment process by screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.
Support onboarding process by preparing new employee documents, scheduling inductions, and ensuring smooth joining formalities.
Maintain accurate records of employee data, attendance tracking, and performance management systems.
Provide administrative support to the team including preparing reports and maintaining office supplies inventory.
Collaborate with other departments to resolve employee queries and issues related to benefits administration.
