Job Description
Job Title: HR Executive
Location: Gurgaon
Department: Human Resources
Experience: Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience
Qualification: Graduate (MBA in HR preferred)Role OverviewWe are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to support end-to-end hiring, and other HR activities. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in recruitment, and HR operations, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.Key Responsibilities1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition* Manage end-to-end hiring for assigned roles (Operations - Warehousing and Logistics), including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating with hiring managers.
* Publish job postings across portals, social media, and internal networks.
* Maintain candidate pipelines and update recruitment trackers regularly.
* Conduct initial HR screening and salary fitment discussions.2. Onboarding & Induction* Coordinate pre-joining formalities and documentation.
* Ensure smooth onboarding experience and timely creation of employee IDs, email setups, and system access.Key Skills & Competencies* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Good understanding of recruitment processes
* Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
* Ability to multitask and work in ambiguous environment
* Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with HR systems/ATSEligibility* Minimum 1 year of relevant HR experience in hiring, onboarding, or HR operations
* Graduate mandatory; MBA in HR preferred
