Skills Required:
- Knowledge in SEB Process & MBM
- Good Communication Skills
- Knowledge in AS, AR, AM Documents
- Knowledge in SEB Spare Parts
- Good analytical skills in identifying root cause on audits performed
- Basic Computer Skills MS Excel, PowerPoint
What will you be doing?
- Accountable for Safety & Quality Audits on equipments in adherence with KONE safety policy & Standards
- Discuss, follow-up with the maintenance team about captured NC and confirm closure
- Responsible to conduct safety audit prior to safety certification for equipments and do root cause analysis
- Responsible to do focus check list audit for new lifts
- Accountable to certify major repair work completion
- Accountable to perform C4LIS audits on equipments provided by Modernization/ Service Manager and update the audit points in EDMS
- Accountable to perform audit on Stores
- Responsible for Monthly & Quarterly Materials, tools & process audit in Storage locations in coordination with branch finance
- Accountable to audit Non KONE Equipments before taking into maintenance fold
- Accountable to Certify for local scrap of spare parts in coordination with HO SEB Support team
- Responsible to meet customers as per CCMP process
- Identify root cause for customer complaints
