Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure that the software solutions meet client requirements and project specifications. You will apply your knowledge of technologies, applications, methodologies, processes, and tools to support the project effectively, ensuring that all aspects of the software development process are executed smoothly and efficiently. You will also engage in problem-solving activities, providing innovative solutions to challenges that arise during the development process, while mentoring and guiding team members to achieve their best performance.
Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to be an SME.- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.- Responsible for team decisions.- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.- Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities.- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and quality standards. Proficiency in Automation Anywhere.- Good To Have Skills:

Experience with Robotic Process Automation tools.- Strong understanding of software development methodologies.- Experience in integrating automation solutions with existing systems.- Familiarity with Agile project management practices. Additional Information:- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Automation Anywhere.- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.- A 15 years full time education is required. Qualification 15 years full time education
