Position: Senior Lead Generation Specialist

Job Location: Mumbai (Head Office) / Remote (if outside Mumbai)

Position Summary: Are you passionate about driving growth through global lead generation? We are looking for an experienced Senior Lead Generation Specialist to identify, connect, and nurture prospects across geographies for our technology products.

What Youll Do (Key Roles and Responsibilities)

1. Identify, research, and create a comprehensive list of target accounts/customers across multiple geographies.

2. Build and maintain a high-quality database of prospective customers, including names, designations, email IDs, and mobile numbers.

3. Devise innovative and effective strategies to connect with prospective customers via multi-channel outreach (emails, cold calls, LinkedIn messages/InMails, etc.).

4. Collaborate with the corporate communication team to design impactful PPTs, sales pitches, and marketing collaterals.

5. Actively engage and nurture leads through meetings, product demos, proposal submissions, and follow-ups.

6. Ensure smooth handover of qualified and converted leads to the frontline sales team for closure and account management.

7. Continuously track, measure, and report on lead generation activities and outcomes, providing actionable insights to management.


Educational Qualifications & Experience Requirements

  • Education: BE/B. Tech (MBA preferred) OR non-engineers must have an MBA.
  • Minimum 5+ years of proven experience in lead generation in the technology products domain.

Key Skills & Attributes

  • Strong understanding of international lead generation dynamics, especially in the technology products sector.
  • Proficiency in using lead generation, CRM, and outreach automation tools.
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working independently or in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to adapt strategies to suit different geographies and customer segments.
