Key Responsibilities
Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for IT roles through job portals, social media, and networking.
Conduct initial telephonic interviews to assess candidates technical and cultural fit.
Maintain and update candidate databases.
Follow up with candidates through the hiring process and ensure smooth onboarding.
Stay updated with current IT market trends and emerging technologies.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelors degree (any discipline; preference for HR/IT/Management background).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a team as well as independently.
Eagerness to learn recruitment processes and IT domain knowledge.
Basic understanding of MS Office tools and internet research.
