Job Description

HR Recruiter | Ameerpet, Hyderabad | Full-Time

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Recruiter to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment for multiple positions.
Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through various channels.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Assist with on-boarding and induction processes.

Who Can Apply:

Female candidates only.
Pursuing Students(HR Intern) are also eligible.
Graduates (2024 & 2025 pass-outs).
Freshers, HR interns, experienced professionals, or currently serving notice period.
Strong English communication skills.
Must reside in Hyderabad .
Passion for recruitment and HR.

Compensation:

HR Interns (3 months): 10,000 - 12,000/month.
Freshers: 15,000 - 18,000/month.
Experienced / serving notice period: Up to 25,000/month.

Work Schedule:

6 days/week | Sunday off
Fixed shift: 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM
