Job Title: IT Recruiter / Sr. IT Recruiter -- India Business
Location: Hyderabad (Onsite)
Experience: 2 - 5 Years (Only)
Immediate joiners or short notice candidates preferred
Job Description:
We are hiring dynamic and result-oriented IT Recruiters / Sr. IT Recruiters to support our India business. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in end-to-end IT recruitment, excellent communication skills, and solid understanding of technical roles and hiring processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end IT recruitment lifecycle (sourcing to onboarding)
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, and professional networks
- Screen, shortlist, and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate fit
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements
- Schedule and manage interview processes efficiently
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers
- Ensure a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for open positions
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates and stakeholders
Technical & Functional Skills:
- Strong understanding of IT technologies and roles (Developers, Testers, Cloud, etc.)
- Hands-on experience with job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Good knowledge of Boolean search techniques
- Familiarity with ATS tools and recruitment metrics
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Key Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong technical understanding of IT skill sets
- Ability to handle multiple requirements simultaneously
Good to Have:
- Experience in consulting/staffing environment
- Exposure to bulk and lateral hiring
