Job Title: HR Executive -Bulk Hiring
Location: Dahisar East, Mumbai

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage recruitment for Home loan or Vehicle loan or Sales or Banking product sales roles.
- Work closely with clients and internal stakeholders to understand position requirements, company culture, and hiring objectives.
- Utilize multiple sourcing channels (LinkedIn, job portals, headhunting, referrals, networking, etc.) to attract high-quality candidates.
- Conduct initial screening, interviews, and assessments to evaluate candidate fitment.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of talent for current and future requirements.
- Partner with hiring managers to provide guidance on market trends, compensation benchmarks, and recruitment strategies.
- Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain recruitment reports, dashboards, and hiring metrics.
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Minimum 6 months - 3 years of experience in financial products such as Credit Cards, CASA accounts, Retail Loans, Insurance, and Digital/Fintech solutions(preferably in a consultancy or recruitment firm).
- Basic understanding of recruitment processes and talent mapping.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using job portals, professional networks, and applicant tracking systems.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple mandates simultaneously.
- Strong business acumen and client relationship management skills.
