Job Description

Change Manager (Senior) Summary:
Drives change management strategy for PACS migration to maximize adoption and minimize disruption.Key Responsibilities:
- Develop change impact assessments and stakeholder engagement plans.
- Lead communication campaigns and training initiatives.
- Monitor adoption metrics and address resistance points.
- Align change management with clinical and operational priorities.
- Support post-go-live stabilization and continuous improvement.Experience & Skills:
- 10+ years in organizational change management, with healthcare IT focus.
- Proven success in leading change for PACS or other critical clinical systems.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- PROSCI or equivalent certification preferred.
