Project Manager @ Atyati Technologies

Job Description

KEY SKILLS :-

• Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field
  8-10 years of experience in IT Project Management, preferably in FinTech / Banking / Payment Systems.
• Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
  Experience in Agile / Scrum / Waterfall methodologies
  Knowledge of DevOps processes and automated deployment
  Strong stakeholder communication and client coordination skills
  Ability to manage cross-functional teams (Development, QA, DevOps, Infrastructure)
  Experience in risk management, issue resolution, and project delivery.
  Strong documentation and reporting skills

Project Planning & Execution

• Plan, execute, and deliver projects within defined scope, timeline.
  Define project milestones, schedules, and resource allocation
  Ensure smooth coordination between development, QA, and infrastructure teamS

Team & Stakeholder Management

• Communicate with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams regarding project progress
  Conduct weekly review meetings and sprint planning sessions.
  Manage project expectations and resolve project-related issues

DevOps & Release Management

• Coordinate with development teams to manage code repositories using GitLab
  Monitor merge requests, branch management, and release versions
  Ensure smooth build, integration, and production deployment

Project Monitoring & Reporting

• Track project progress and manage deliverables
  Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
  Prepare project status reports and progress updates for management

Quality & Delivery

• Ensure project deliverables meet quality and compliance standards
  Support production releases and post-release monitoring
  Maintain project documentation and process improvements
