Job Description

Tech Lead - Sql Development

Role & responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain robust SQL Server databases.

Write and optimize complex stored procedures, functions, and queries.

Develop and manage SSIS packages for ETL processes.

Analyze and troubleshoot performance issues in database systems.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, BAs, and QA engineers.

Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives. Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with best practices.

Document database designs, processes, and procedures.

Preferred candidate profile

Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in SQL Server development.

Experience with performance tuning and query optimization.

Knowledge of data warehousing concepts.

Exposure to cloud platforms (e.g., Azure SQL Database, Databricks).

Strong expertise in T-SQL, stored procedures, triggers, and views.

Hands on experience on ADF pipeline Proficient in SSIS for ETL development and data integration.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Familiarity with source control systems like Git.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.
