Skill: Varicent Developer

Experience: 4 to 13 Years

Location : AIA - Gurgaon

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement incentive compensation plans within the Varicent platform. 
• Configure and customize Varicent modules, including data mapping and reporting. 
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and design solutions that meet business needs. 
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Varicent configurations and data integrations. 
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Varicent ICM platform. 

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in developing and implementing incentive compensation plans using Varicent software. 
• Proficiency in SQL queries and Varicent scripting languages. 
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex business rules. 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
• Familiarity with data integration tools and ETL processes.
