Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:


  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for OHC staff including sourcing, screening, interviewing, salary negotiation, and onboarding.
  • Handle payroll management:
    • Collect and verify attendance, leave records, and shift schedules.
    • Process monthly payroll with accuracy and timeliness.
    • Manage salary revisions, full & final settlements, and statutory deductions.
  • Ensure compliance with labour laws, statutory requirements, and OHC-specific regulations (ESI, PF, Shops & Establishment Act, Contract Labour Act, etc.).
  • Maintain accurate employee records including personal files, contracts, and compliance registers.
  • Coordinate with finance for timely disbursement of salaries and reimbursements.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives and address grievances of OHC staff.
  • Assist in training & induction of new employees on workplace safety, health regulations, and HR policies.
  • Conduct periodic audits of payroll, documentation, and statutory filings to ensure adherence.
  • Act as an HR partner for the OHC team, providing guidance on HR policies, discipline, and welfare.
  • Prepare HR reports and MIS (manpower, attrition, payroll costs, compliance status).

Skills Required:


  • Strong knowledge of payroll systems and statutory compliances.
  • Hands-on experience in recruitment & onboarding.
  • Good knowledge of labour laws and hospital/OHC regulations.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, HRIS, and payroll software.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple HR functions independently.
