Job Description

Role & responsibilities

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract qualified nurses
• Review applications and resumes to evaluate if they meet the position requirements
• Conduct pre-screening interviews to understand the skills and qualifications of potential candidates
• Coordinate and schedule face-to-face or virtual interviews between candidates and hiring managers
• Perform reference and background checks on potential candidates
• Present job offers and negotiate employment terms
• Keep accurate records of all applicants, including those who were not selected
• Attend job fairs and conduct information sessions to attract potential candidates
• Stay up-to-date with current nursing trends and the latest recruitment strategies
• Ensure all recruitment procedures are compliant with legal regulations and guidelines
