Key responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle from requisition to onboarding
- Understand hiring requirements from stakeholders
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and networking
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with business stakeholders and follow up on feedback
- Maintain recruitment trackers and databases
- Handle offer discussions, salary negotiations and manage offer rollouts
- Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for selected candidates
- Ensure adherence to hiring timelines (TAT) and recruitment targets
- Build talent pipelines for ongoing and future hiring needs
