Job Description

We are seeking for a skilled Business Development Executive / Inside Sales Executive for Bangalore location with IT Services Sales experience in international market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach.
• Understand customer needs and requirements to effectively pitch relevant solutions.
• Perform follow-ups on leads and previous contacts.
• Build a strong pipeline of qualified prospects.
• Schedule meetings/demos for the presales or technical team.
• Maintain and update CRM tools with accurate customer and prospect information.
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Experience in B2B sales or lead generation.
• Proven inside sales or tele-calling experience (preferred).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with CRM tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigators, Zoho CRM, HubSpot, etc. (preferred).
• International regions work experience (must)
