Business Development ExecutiveKey Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the Sales team to identify high potential prospects and strategic targets.
Generate leads through proactive outreach via email, phone, and other channels.
Develop tailored outreach strategies to engage key decision-makers. Analyzing prospects needs to craft personalized engagement approaches.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system.
Adapt communication styles and strategies based on client needs and feedback.
Conduct consistent outbound activity, including 3+ hours per day on Connect & Sell calls.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelors degree in business, Marketing, Human Resources, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Proven experience in inside sales or business development, preferably in a staffing or IT services environment.
Strong cold calling and emailing track record with measurable results. Basic understanding of IT services and roles (SDLC, IoT platforms, customization, etc.).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building capabilities.
High level of organization and time management skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.
