Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Strategic Business Development Manager to drive new business growth and build long-term strategic partnerships. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new market opportunities, developing high-value client relationships, and expanding the company's footprint across key industries. This role requires strong strategic thinking, consultative selling skills, and a deep understanding of technology-driven business solutions such as AI, Cloud, Digital Engineering, and Data platforms.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic business development plans to achieve revenue growth targets.
  • Identify and acquire new enterprise clients across target industries.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with CXOs, decision-makers, and stakeholders.
  • Generate qualified opportunities through networking, industry events, digital outreach, and partnerships.
  • Work closely with solution architects, delivery teams, and marketing to design tailored client solutions.
  • Lead end-to-end sales cycles, including prospecting, proposal development, negotiation, and closure.
  • Develop strategic alliances and partnerships to expand business opportunities.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor strategies, and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and performance metrics for leadership review.
  • Represent the organisation at industry conferences, client meetings, and business forums.

  • Highly self-driven with a results-oriented mindset.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in business, Technology, or related field.
  • MBA in Sales / Marketing / Strategy preferred.
  • 8+ years of experience in business development, enterprise sales, or strategic partnerships within IT services or technology consulting.
  • Proven track record of achieving revenue and growth targets.
