Manager - Business Development - Pump Storage/Hydro Projects @ Dilip Buildcon

Job Description

Role & responsibilities :

• Should have in-depth knowledge of the power market and its evolving trends.
• Prior experience with Hydro Pumped Storage Projects (PSP) is desirable.
• Must possess strong analytical and presentation capabilities, along with a sound understanding of financial modeling.
• Identify, evaluate, and pursue new business opportunities for Pumped Storage and Hydropower projects.
• Lead preliminary feasibility studies to evaluate project viability.
• Lead the preparation of high-quality, comprehensive techno-commercial proposals and bids.

Preferred candidate profile :

• Education - BE (Any Discipline) & Postgraduate from NPTI.
• Sector Knowledge: Strong understanding of Pumped Storage Hydropower (PES) technologies, grid storage solutions, and energy regulations.
• Technical Understanding: Ability to interpret technical specifications, flow calculations, and site inspection reports.
• Soft Skills: Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Mobility: Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
