Job Title: Associate / Associate Level 1 Global Market Operations
Location: Malad / Goregaon, Mumbai
Department: Global Market Operations
Experience Required: 1+ Year
Education: Bachelors Degree (Finance / Commerce preferred)

About the Role:

We are hiring for the Global Market Operations (GMO) team, supporting front-to-back trade lifecycle processes. The role is ideal for candidates with experience in trade matching, settlements, reconciliations, and collateral management within capital markets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Trade Matching & Settlements for equity and bond markets
  
• Collateral booking and management activities
  
• Trade fail resolution and break investigation (Nostro/Depo)
  
• Timely updates and escalations related to trade status
  
• Coordination with internal teams: Trade Support, Front Office, Reference Data, etc.
  
• Ensure strict adherence to process checklists and controls
  
• Contribute to process improvements and automation
• 
  

Skills & Experience:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in capital market operations
  
• Strong knowledge of trade lifecycle and front-to-back trade flow
  
• Understanding of SLAB settlements and MTM/collateral processes
  
• Hands-on with reconciliations, audit support, and MIS reporting
  
• Excellent communication, analytical, and collaboration skills
  
• Process- and control-oriented mindset
